This IMO is one of two viable options that have been mentioned. The second- since Soldtonight said it was OK with him to sell it outright- I am fine with that as well.

There may be other, as-yet-untold options too. As Soldtonight said, do whatever you think is best for Tessa and her family.

You may keep my $ as well.

thanks Measly,

i'm open to any other suggestions......

Tessa Cue/case

If it seems like we wont be able to fill up the raffle I would suggest selling the cue outright, or reducing the cost per ticket. You could also use the mega millions ball for a 46 slot raffle instead of a 56.

If the cue/case combo sells outright there is no need to refund my donation.

Reduced price? Make it how much? $25 may increase sales enough...that would give each of us 2 slots?

Hey, I'm okay with whichever gives the max return to Tessa!...

Tim, honestly I thought the first raffle was also a bit of struggle to fill out (kudos to Milos for stepping up and filling out the last 6 numbers).

I'm not sure if lowering the price can help maximize the money for the cause? If you lower to $25, the total return is $1400. This amount I can just give it to you in total (sorry Dave).

I hope there is someone more generous out there for you and your friend ...

Ho <-- need a cue so I can say ONE Josey Babalon in fatboy's "how many cues do you own" thread

WHAT????

HO, no problem. I never expected to get the cue/case combo for the $1200, just a jumping off point. The idea is to raise more money for Tessa. No offense, but I hope it goes higher if Tim decides to sell it outright. It's nice of you to offer $1400.

Ho,

your offer is very generous, Dave's Too!....let me contact those who were involved in the second round and give them an opportunity to make an offer as well and we'll go from there.....Thanks Ho and Dave!
Tim

Sounds like we have an auction going! As long as Tessa gets the money, I'm cool with that. Whoever ends up with the cue is going to love it...especially in that cool case. Since I'm fortunate enough to already have a Josey, I'll sit this one out.
