I just wanted to share some wonderful news with you folks. A couple of months ago, Koop told us about his friends son who has cancer. We raised some money and Murray Tucker and Kevin Varney auctioned off a couple of cues. We raised money so that Seans mom could be there with him thru the chemo and whatever. Well, the chemo worked. The tumor has shrunk and is now operable. This is the best Christmas gift his mother could recieve. Me too for that matter. I just want to thank all you miracle workers out there who took the time to pray and contribute whatever you could. We, the AzBilliard community, have made a huge differance in someone's life. I am very proud to be a small part of this forum.

Actually Joe, I am just an old hippy who has some wonderful friends. I also have a good buddy in heaven that pulls some strings for me now and then!

That is fantastic news. Cannot think of a better Christmas gift for any parent. I pray for his contnued recovery.

O.K.,Purd you are a GREAT old hippie with some wonderful friends.Old hippies,by the way,are usually a lot of fun and virtually impossible to stump when playing classic rock trivia.You done a good thing.Mike S.
