Here are four shafts, the first one on the left is a Z-2 shaft that has been sanded down in the taper area to reduce the shaft diameter to under 11mm below the ferrule. However, the ferrule is still 11.41mm at the tip. This is the only shaft that has been altered and I have no idea why this was done. The rest are in excellent condition and unscathed.
