For sale is a 2x4 Vincitore case, which is in MINT CONDITION. The case does not have a spec of chalk residue in or on the felt tubes because a chalked shaft has never been inside the case. SOLD PENDING RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.

Not sure, but I'd bank on it being vinyl. The case is very well made. Look at the stitching.
