I have some newly finished JW style shafts that were built from these blanks. They are air dried, old growth, honey colored shafts. All are the same specs of .839" collar diameter, 5/16-14 thread, 30" length, and 12mm tip size. 12.5" taper. All have ivory ferrules, black fiber pad, and Moori medium tips. Shafts 1+2 are matched and 3+4 are matched. 1+2 have a higher ring count but 3+4 are heavier. All roll straight. I am asking $150 shipped* each. I'll make a deal if you buy all four.

Keep me in mind if you produce any 12.75mm Joss West shafts in the future? My cue is from the '72-'80 period (sideways W)....Thanks....Matt

I wondered that as well.

I might be interested in 13mm shaft.

It was fairly common for those old JW cues to have 13.5 or larger shafts.

You know guys....my full time job consists of building aftermarket shafts for just about any cue out there. Prices start at $90 and that includes matching ringwork, and choice of length, diameter, taper, non-ivory ferrule, and non-layered tip.

The variables on these shafts being the ivory ferrules and Moori tips. I've never made a maple shaft for more than $150. Order now. Summer is slower....

Hello,

Today I purchased from Mueller's, and Ryan, shafts #1 and #2 in this ad
and they will ship on 6-30-11.

These are incredibly made and I can't wait to receive them and play them.
What a great value and a superior product Ryan is offering!

I also sent in my Tad butt today for Ryan to make 2 matching shafts exactly the same as the Joss West shafts but made to fit my Tad butt.

I look forward to Ryan matching my Tad to the shafts he will be building me
and I am sure I will be very happy. The old growth, honey color, and ivory
ferrules with the black pad and Moori medium tips is what sold me.

I believe the shaft diameter at 12 mm is going to make my Joss West and
Tad cues play "Lights Out". I did not want to turn down my 2 shafts that
came with my cues to 12 mm, because I did not want to hurt the value
of my cues by doing so. Buying these shafts from Ryan will only increase
the overall value of both cues, keeping the original shafts their original size.

I'll definitely be taking you up on a shaft along with some cue work in the next few months. Kinda hard not to with the quality and value offered.
