Mint Condition Rosewood Mottey! Priced to Sell!!!

***SOLD***

Up for sale is a June '05 Paul Mottey cue. (will trade for Bluegrass cues!)

Forearm: Cue features four points of beautiful dark rosewood into birdseye maple. Each point has 4 veneers (natural, peach, red, and black). These are some of the nicest points I have ever seen.

Point Inlays: Each point has an abalone notched diamond with a small abalone circle above an below.

Rings: Cue has standard Mottey stitch rings above and below the joint as well as a maple and rosewood Bushka ring above the wrap. There is also a small abalone circle in each rosewood box of the Bushka ring. There are two maple stitch rings in the butt sleeve (one about 1/2 an inch below the wrap and one about 1/2 an inch above the buttcap.

Wrap: Burgundy lizard to match the rosewood perfectly.

Buttsleeve: Rosewood with two maple stitch rings. There are also 4 abalone notched diamonds inlays. Between each diamond are two abalone circles.

Buttcap: The buttcap is 1.5 inch delrin.

Joint: 5/16x14 piloted ivory.

Shafts: Both shafts are like new. OIne shaft has been played only several times and is well maintained. The other has only been test hit. No nicks or dings. Both are 13mms.

Weight: 18.8oz.

This cue brand new from Paul would run $2,600. I am looking to get $2,200 but will entertain offers as well as trades.
(Especially trades for BLUEGRASS cues!!!) For higher res. photos are for any and all questions, please feel free to email me at pharaoh68@hotmail.com

Thanks for looking.
-Brian

Lighting is a pain isn't it? I have an older 3.3 Sony, the pics are good but getting the light right is a task. If I get it lit up well then there is glare or like in your case appears to need more light. Outside works best for me.
BTW nice cue Brian, plus a bump.

Lisa-
Thanks for the kind words and believe me when I say that I love hearts. In fact, its my heart thats forcing the sale here. Not only into a new place, but I may be buying something small and shiny for my girlfriend's futre in the near future.

It kills me to do it but, I've gotta let this one go. So, I'm dropping the price one more time. This cue is in mint condition with two flawless shafts and is now being sold for only... $2,200!!!
Trust me, no one would be disappointed with that deal (except maybe me)!

Lol...well, while this one might look good IN her fingers, it would certainly be a little big on her finger! Best of luck with your sale!

Still available at $2,200. Someone is going to be getting a great deal out of this.

---------> and if anyone wants better pictures with better lighting, I can try and get them. THe rosewood is a good bit lighter than shown in this picture.
