I found this on his facebook page. Hope this helps. I have read some good reviews on his cues also.

Al Bautista, a Filipino and a full time builder from 1995 to present in Caloocan City, Philippines, Cuemaking is a passion for him. Even though its 16 years have past since he built his first cues. He never grows tired of it. The excitement of seeing the cue come together continues to inspire him to further his craft.

In 1995, Al made his first cue and it was a house cue. It was supplied to different billiard halls mainly in Luzon. As the years progressed, He made many refinements to his cues by constant learning in actual. With the help of his eldest son, Al made all the parts of his cues except for the tips, ferrule and bumper. He loves to explore new ideas and design as well and let his works do the talking. Al is a big fan of great figured woods, “ The beauty of nature is unique like the figured of the woods and it will never copied by any man” says Al. He believes that playability is the most important aspect of the cue. His main focus is the construction, parts are threaded and glued to ensure superior playability. Points of his cues were made using the V-groove technique while inlays are done by hand without the aid of CNC machines or Panthograph. Al always search for new ways to improve his works.
