FS: Fancy Cognoscenti shaft

Hi all,
I have a unhit (brand new) Cognoscenti shaft for sale.
Specs:
- fancy ring
- 3.58 oz
- standard length 28.75"
- tip: Kamui Black soft type
- 13.2 mm diameter
- long ferrule style LBM
- come with joint protector
- straight with no ding, no dent

I put it in a case for long time, dont' know why the ferule have some black stained pot. Believe it from must or dirty, could be cleaned.
