FS/FT Wrapless Gilbert with Predator

Up for sale is an Andy Gilbert wrapless ebony cue. I took this cue in on trade at SBE this year. I sent it home with Andy and he re-sprayed the cue. I've only played 3 or 4 racks with it since I picked it up a few month ago.

The cue features nicely figured birds eye Maple in the forearm. Four ebony points with two veneers on each point (Maple and Black). Each Point has circle ivory inlay. The butt has two white ring just below the points and just above the butt cap. I don't believe these rings are Ivory. I'm not sure of the joint material but I don't believe its ivory. The butt weighs 15 1/4 oz and rolls straight.

Shaft #1 is a predator that Andy built. The shaft rolls straight, measures 12.5 mm, and weighs 3 3/8 oz.

Shaft #2 is a traditional Gilbert shaft. The shaft rolls straight, measures 12.7 mm, and weighs 4.00 oz.

I would like to trade this cue for a compact 1911 45 acp. I value this cue at $900. I'm willing to use escrow. In fact, I could ship the cue to an escrow agent. Once the escrow agent confirms the condition and description, the firearm would be sent to my dealer, once the dealers receives the firearm the escrow agent sends the cue.

Sorry about the pics. I had to borrow my daughters camera and I'm not very good with it.

Nice wrapless Gilbert you have there. Didn't know he made some wrapless.

Andy makes some real nice wrapless cues. In fact, the cue he brought to SBE this year (Copper Cue) was a very nice cue. I don't know if there are any pics of that cue out there, but if someone does have pics I hope they post them.

SERIOUSLY?? Thats what I mostly know his cue's for, I have only seen a few that are not wrapless...Imo, one of the best wrapless cuemakers.

I just bought a Gilbert not too long ago and it has a leather wrap on it. The others I've seen have a wrap on it too. But I agree, I like the way his cues hit.

How about a couple of other firearms I would like to trade for:

AR 15 rifle
Sig 556 rifle
H&K compact (9mm, 357 sig, or 45)
Remington 700 Stainless Steal with nice scope (smaller caliber like 25-06)
