I am happy with the ebony I got from Tom. I'm wondering what moisture percentage others are getting in their wood. I have a new pin-type meter and it is giving me a reading of about 15%. But as I said, it is new to me and I'm just wondering how accurate it is. I also have a pinless meter, but don't really want to trim the wax off to measure if my pinned meter is giving me a good reading.
Of course, there's no guarantee that all the wood that Tommy has is from the same batch and has the same moisture content, but thought I'd check.

ty gb Im glad you like the wood.I can guarantee all the wood is not the same some of the wood ranges from as little as 6% to near 16% Im selling all different sizes that have come from different batches. If you need a specific moisture content please let me know and maybe I can help with it.
