GC3 located in Pontiac Michigan. Table is fully assembled at the moment. I am moving in a month and unfortunately, the table is not coming with. It is in overall good condition, has minor wear marks but nothing serious. A little TLC would go a long way to make her shine again. I would put the felt at about 80%, buyer may want to re felt but the Simonis 860 that is on there now can most likely be re used.
