My first buyer backed out because his furnace went out and this Jacka$$ (skiLLed) proposed a deal if my deal fell through, we then made a deal, and then he backed out the next day. I think it's really sad at how little trust you can actually have in someone's word these days. CUE IS FOR SALE!! make an offer
