Still have this one. I've had numerous trade offers on this, but nothing that really trips my trigger. Looking to sell it quickly, so if you're still interested, get with me asap. Don't think it's gonna last long.
Ok, here's the deal......SALE PENDING to your door (conus) via priority mail.
Info/specs:
Made by Paul Sumrall (S&S cues out of TX)....8 staggered ebony points into BEM, ebony sleeved wrapless handle, amboyna burl and maple scalloped butterfly inlays in the butt sleeve area, nice wood stitch/stacked trim rings, 5/16-14 piloted joint synthetic ivory over steel, one shaft, 60" cue (aqual split 30" each), 20.4oz (16.0 butt and 4.4 shaft @ 12.7mm)
The butt of this cue has a little wobble....nothing that would affect play imo.
Looks like this issue is in the handle/forearm connection. Shaft spins perfectly straight. When they are assembled and rolled over the rail of the table you can tell it's out a little. Rolled on the table surface, there's a little bit of hop up near the tip.
Other than that, the cue is in fantastic shape. Finish-wise, it's nice and smooth with very few dents or dings of any kind. It plays quite nice, with a crisp hit too, especially for a longer cue. Unknown what kind of layered tip but it's virtually new.
This cue sold for $1000 new just a few years ago.
It's priced fairly enough where somebody looking to try out a longer cue can do so without much worry. Should you decide to resale or trade it down the road, you shouldn't get killed on it.
Any questions, please let me know.
Sean
