FS: Joe Callaluca Cue - Wow!!!

You may think you are giving this cue away, but the fact that you seemingly ignore the rules under which you have posted, makes me wonder if you respect other rules as well or perhaps you think you are above all that kind of stuff and if you decide that you don't want to ship your cue after payment has been received, well those rules just might not apply to you either. I'm just not sure about you at this point.

This guy is just simply ignoring all the comments and forum rules. I say report him and give him some red.

Anthony, as an attorney licensed in the state of Kentucky, the statement made above by user desmocourtney is a clear cut liable lawsuit. Anthony has been a forum member here for several years with PERFECT FEEDBACK ON ALL OF HIS SALES. Furthermore, If he loses sales over this gentleman's insinuation, he has clear grounds for legal action...

A defamatory libel may be expressed directly or by insinuation or irony in words legibly marked on any substance or by any object signifying a defamatory libel otherwise than by words.

The gentleman making the posts may be liable for backpay and front pay for all sales lost. BTW, one more thing. Since we are quoting rules, the post above made by desmocourtney violates Forum rule #9. "Either buy from an individual or don't but knocking them is not an option."
