When was the cue refinished by Gilbert and can you give me the balance point with the 12mm shaft joined to the butt? Thanks

I do not know when it was refinished it looks like it wasnt long ago the balance point with 12mm shaft is about 2'' below the name

Is there any way you can measure the balance point in inches from the end of the butt cap where the rubber bumper meets?
