Correction made to original post. The shaft is just a hair under 12.75mm (about 3 thousandths under) not 13mm as originally posted.

Keith told me that it is Angeno. Not sure what Angeno is, but it's a nice cue and needs to be sold soon to fund another purchase!!! Please send me any realistic offers, but please no low ballers. It's a great cue made by a great cue maker.
