a rare conversion cue from greg wilson. made from an old brunswick butterfly cue and wrapped in linen wrap. Greg has operated steepleton billiards in lexington, KY for a long time and is a great all around dude. He does not make a lot of cues but when he does they are amazing. I would describe the cue hit as kersenbrock-like (very stiff) with a similar taper (gregs words not mine)

The butterfly portion appears to be rosewood and the butt sleeve is ebony. The bottom portion of the cue and joint are (per greg) made from reclaimed piano keys. There is a small scratch you can see on the butt sleeve but nothing a buff would take out.

3/8 x 11 southwest style pin with the word kaizen (you can see it kind of on top of the joint).

shaft: 3.8oz ~12.8mm
butt: 15.5oz
total weight (19.3)

rolls straight. good stuff is in the cue (not 100% sure on this but I believe so).

the cue hits fantastic. I just don't need it and it is sitting here collecting dust

I would consider a trade for a barnhart or some other radial pin cue.
