For sale is a Limited Edition Predator 2. The butt section is stained birdseye.

Comes with 2 shafts:

Shaft 1: Z2 with Kamui tip.

Shaft 2: Ob-1 made with the thin black ring to match the P2. Talisman tip.

I will also include 2 new Kamui tips. (1) SII and (1) HII.

I purchased basically the same cue on Az from AtTheCat about 9 months ago. It was #13 of 50. The cue developed a buzzing sound and I sent it back to Predator. They informed me that the forward weight balancing bolt broke loose and they sent me this cue. #9 of 50. The same thing happened to that cue. I am guessing there was a problem with the phenolic material they used to surround the bolt. So I sent this cue back to Predator and this time they sent the cue to Joe Pechauer. He drilled out the old material and replaced it with new material. He said it is now better than new. I played with the cue for about the last 3 months since receiving it back from Joe. there is certainly no buzz and the hit is great.

SOLD

Pics and more specs coming tonight.

LOL - I guess. My friend had the OB-1 made for his P2 and he traded it to me for an extra Pred shaft I had. The Z2 and OB-1 feel completely different to me.

I wonder if custom cue makers consider it a slap in their face when people order a custom cue and ask for a matching Predator shaft.

I have had an OB-1 on my predator for a while and love it :) I see the irony to it. At the end of the day I like a predator shaft for some cues and an Ob-1 for others just depends on the feel and how the butt interacts with the shaft.
this is a great deal, someone buy this cue!! its the nutz and hits great with both shafts!!!

SALE Pending on the BUTT ONLY. If the sale goes through these shafts will be for sale separately.

$150 each.

You make a great point here. I never understood why predator had to put so many parts in their cues. Seems to me like more parts equal more problems. I'm not trying to trash your thread, the P2's play well so whoever buys it should be happy. I just never understood all the parts and cores and phenolic. Whatever happened to "less is more?"
