I'd suggest calling him. I've got a cue on order from him right now, phone seemed the best way to talk with him. Get the feeling they don't check email daily, but more like once or twice a week. Really good to deal with, seems very interested in his craft and to enjoy making cues. His cues have a good reputation for the way they hit.
