What's the story behing these cues? Made in China, Taiwan, US? They look nice. I actually like the ferrule tip combo on it :ok:
Thanks,

Cues made in Taiwan.
I provided them with the ferrule material en tips.

We did some serious tests with this ferrule/tip combo.
Infact we first used regular tippads, and the glue process was that good that the small tippad broke in the middle during breakshots!
After that we used a carbon fibre tippad.

Leather on the cues is done by myself.

Thanks,

MH

Maise not Mace

These are not Rick Howards Mace Cues. You can get the real thing from Rick. The man invented the Break Jump cue and started Mace Cues and Rick Howard Custom Cues. He has spent his life in pool trying to advance the equipment of the sport.
What next Seering or Skruggs cues?

Agreed, I think this is pretty cheesy to rip off what a guy has busted his a$$ to accomplish.

3 or 4 cents,

Doug

Come on guys, the seller doesn't deserve this kind of flaming in his thread. The word Maise is not even close to Mace. The seller has been completely forthcoming in this thread. Even though I am a white man that can't jump, I am gonna bump to balance out the ying and yang of your posts.

The thread starter is from netherland and may be this word maise means something else in dutch or may be the pronounce its differently.

The cues could surely be made in china or wherever, but that doesnt mean that the brand is also chinese,it could still some dutch word.

Just give the seller a chance to reply.

House of Billiards is a very big name in european pool scene.

Wow, just try to sell some breakcues.
My real name is Maurice, the name Maise is a nickname my friends gave me, and always name me like that!

It is a little bit diverted from the dialect Dutch language we speak in this part of The Netherlands.
Everybody in the club i own calls me like that.

I use it for many years now, all my poolteams have a Maise logo on their shirts, our housecues have the Maise logo.
Even guy's like Niels Feijen and Thomas Engert who play in my topteam in my club played with the logo.
Just thought back then that it was funny to name my cuebusiness like my nickname.
I am even listed as a Mc Dermott dealer, as Maise Exclusive Poolcues!

Here is my logo.

I also attented the BCA Trade show in Las Vegas a few years back in 2002 i believe, with my Pool scoreboards.
And called them... Maise Pool scoreboards!!!
Made a special logo for that one too.

Did not want to offend anybody.
If i did so i am sorry, but it is just my nickname....

I apologize as well and wish you the best with your sales. Thanks for clearing up how the name was derived.
