Here is a great opportunity for a Meucci Originals Gambler, I believe the model is an 84-9E. The "E" designates a real ebonyt forearm as opposed to stained maple which some of these apparently were.
One great feature imo is that one shaft has an old school Westinghouse micarta ferrule. Both shafts are full.
This cue is just back from a refinish at Proficient where they got her looking gprgeous. The shafts were not refinished as they were already in great shape other than some very minor bluing. Cue rolls straight together and apart.
This cue provides a very firm & crisp hit which creates perfect feedback and moves the cue ball around the table with ease.
The build quality and playability of these old Originals are superb and it is certainly very evident in this one.
