I have in my possesion for sale a Mezz pool cue with an ebony forearm with micarta points filled with turquoise. There are mother of pearl diamond inlays between the points. The butt is ebony with micarta reverse points with turquoise inlays. There are mother of pearl diamond inlays between each point. There are three sets of nickel silver rings. The wrap is black lizard print leather. The shaft is a Mezz hard rock maple shaft with a pro taper and a Moori-M tip. The joint is the Mezz United Joint. Condition is as good as new with only several hours of play time. Original retail from Mezz is $670 exclusive of the leather wrap. I am asking for $450.

That is one great looking cue!!!
I have never played with a MEZZ, how do they hit? Compared to what?

Mezz cues

...they hit great compared to whatever. Something I personally really really like is the tightness of their joint: After screwing butt and shaft just two threads together the cue already feels like one piece - and this is valid for the united joint as well as for the wavy joint.

I used to live in japan and all i played with for about 2 years was mezz cues. They're huge over there and they play great.

Anyone know if it is o.k. to use mezz uj shaft on normal 5/16-14 cue(butt)? tks

I have played with several Mezz cues and they play fantastic. At one time they all came with Moori tips.

I threaded the Mezz shaft (it was 5/16 x 14 with an aluminum collar on it)on to a Schon butt and it played better than the original shaft.

You cannot go wrong with a Mezz especially at this price.
