For sale is a PAUL MOTTEY Amboyna Burl hoppe cue, which is 100% MINT & STRAIGHT. The cue is signed by Paul and dated "12-06." The forearm features 4 razor sharp Amboyna Burl points into Bird's-Eye Maple. Each point has 4 veneers (natural, tan (matches the Amboyna perfectly), light blue and black). The butt sleeve is Amboyna Burl and sports an Ivory hoppe ring. The wrap is Lizard. The cue comes with 2 shafts, each of which has an Ivory ferrule and a non-laminated tip. One shaft is 13.06 mm and the other is 13.0 mm. Both shafts roll dead straight together and apart. The cue is 58.0" long and weighs 19.0 oz. with either shaft; the butt alone weighs 15.0 oz. The cue has a piloted Ivory joint with a 5/16-14 screw. THIS CUE HAS BEEN SOLD. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST.

I am so in LOVE with this cue!

That cue is awesome. It bares a striking resemblance to my playing cue. I promise I wasn't trying to make a knock off...this is the first time I've seen this Mottey, lol. Very nice though. I love the burl and leather wrap. Good luck with the sale.

The wrap is Lizard as opposed to leather. The wrap alone is $250.00.
 
I remember this cue when it for sale before. I love the colors in this cue. Amboyna Hoppe with lizard wrap. It don't get much better.

i would like to say it reallly does look like my cue :) i have a soft spot for amboyna.. beautiful cue and a great price.. the amboyna, the lizard, the ivory joint..the ivory hoppe ring.. ALL upgrades from the standand 2k cue :)
