Here is a beautiful, brand new cocobolo player from Jim Pierce. I just received it this afternoon. The wood is awesome, and the fit and finish is super. Jim put white acrylic rings set in silver at all five positions, and added a nicely executed textured black leather wrap to it. In addition, the shaft is some of Jim's "old-growth" bowling alley shaft wood. It is dark in color, and weighs in at 4.6 ounces, and that is without an insert. If you want a perfectly white shaft, don't bother with this one, but if you want a shaft like the old masters would have used, this is it.

Specifications:
-Butt: 15.4oz
-Shaft: old-growth, 4.6oz, 13mm, Juma, Emerald
-cue is nicely forward balanced at 20"
-3/8x10 wood to wood joint
-white acrylic rings set in black phenolic and silver at all 5 positions, A/B/C/D/E
-absolutely gorgeous cocobolo in the forearm and butt sleeve...highly figured "flame" coco
-very nicely executed textured black leather wrap
-black phenolic butt cap
-"Pierce" logo on rubber bumper

SOLD!! Thanks!

Joe

Bama! I have the twin to this cue. I have several of Jim Pierce's cues. After receiving and playing with this cue, I called Jim to tell him that I would probably not be purchasing any more cues from him, because this particular cue was the finest cue I have ever played with in some 59 years of playing the game.

The cue is absolutely eye-catching with it's firey Orange, highly figured cocabola, perfectly balanced, and a glass-like finish.

Jim's "bowling alley wood" shafts are probably what makes these cues so playable. I have literally 25-30 shafts laying around my house, pretty much discarded since I started playing with Jim Pierce cues.

Players, if you're looking for a great cue that could be YOUR last cue purchased, consider this one.

Good luck on your sale, Bama. Someone will be very happy!:clapping:

BTW, take a look at the level of detail Jim is giving his cues...even underneath the rubber bumper is finished...
