everest tip. is the stock tip at stock size. there is a small nick about 4 inches up from the joint, not in the stroking area, cannt feal it and doesnt affect play.

No. Like most shafts, it has a standard diameter. But that doesn't necessarily mean that they all do.

more or less. ob2 is a conicalish taper, so its shapped like a cone and gradually increases with size from the tip all the way back to the joint. this one is 11.5mm just below tip and .84" at the joint.

No one is arguing, and I certainly wasn't answering the question, except perhaps with another question.


Thanks for the info to both of you above, as I am on the lookout for an OB2 (3/8-11) and am glad I did not make the mistake of believing that misinformation I picked up somewhere along the way.
