FS: Predator 2, two 314-2 shafts

CUE SOLD LOCALLY!

Black, wrapless, P2 with two second generation shafts.

The shafts are in played, but excellent condition. One has an Everest Tip. One has a Kamui Med-Soft. Both are 12.75mm. The shafts and butt are straight apart and together.

The butt of this cue has some defects. They are 100% asthetic - they do NOT affect the play. I have tried to capture them in the pics. The defect at the bottom of the butt was due to a botched engraving job. The engraver mis-spelled the name of the person he was trying to engrave it for and they tried to etch it out. The other defects are a couple of small bubbles in the finish.

The weight is 19oz adjustable.

I am asking $425 with both shafts. $300 with one shaft. Or you can buy the shafts individually for $125 each.

Might wanna go to ebay and check the completed items on Predator. This same cue was just on there and didn't do very well..

Not knocking your cue but it may just save you money from listing it there right now.
 
Appreciate the advice. I didn't even know that you could search for completed items on Ebay.

I really think this is a good price, considering the retail price of the shafts. The best price for a new second gen 314 that I've seen is $207, times two is $417. So you're basically getting the P2 butt for free.

Anyway, I know the market is slow and the defects probably turn some people off. Maybe I'll leave it here for a while longer, not in a huge hurry to sell it.
 
not to step on your toes, but while 207 is the best price for these shafts new, these shafts aren't new. being around this forum for the last year or so, 314-2 used shafts usually go in the 130-170 range, in addition that butt is in some god awful shape.
 
Good point, but I still think this is a good deal.

The shafts are for sale individually for $125, which is below the low end of your scale. Assuming $125 for the shaft (great deal), then the total price would put the butt at $175. Too much?

All the P2 technology, (www.predatorcues.com), is still in there.
 
Here's a bump up for ya' bud. Good luck with the sale. Regardless of what others say I still think this is a good deal....

You are correct. The true Uni-Loc system will work on Lucasi's. The only difference on a Predator P2 shaft is the joint collar.
