I have a USED 314~2 shaft with a Schuler joint. The shaft has alot of blue, I used it alot. You lay it flat on a table and about 10 inches or so from the tip you can see it rolls not perfectly straight but the tip dosent leave the table. I'm not sure on the diameter but I know it's around 12.3 or less.
Billiard warehouse sells a new one for $255.00.
If you want to try one or to have a back up and don't want to spend the big bucks, I'll sell this one for $SOLD shipped CONUS and paid with paypal.

READ THE DESCRIPTION SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONDITION OF THE SHAFT. I don't want anybody buying it and complaining about it. Just want everything upfront.

This description is almost exactly the same as your OB-1 sale. Are you telling me they both have the same odd wobble 10" or so from the tip????

They both do, but not at that the exact location. I see the roll when the shafts are laying on a table and looking from the side. And I just copied and pasted most of the info. Edited some for the OB1.
 
It's just the standard Schuler joint.
Send me your email and I can take a couple and send them to you.
