I'm terribly sorry if I've offended you Sir, in any way.
I do not take credit for another man's work nor do I ride his coat-tails.
I do appreciate that you were looking out for another man's interests and I would consider that to be noble. I hold no ill feelings.

Please understand, I provide a service to owners of a wide variety of cues that would otherwise be denied the option of an after-market shaft, sometimes even by the original builder. There are times when generic isn't good enough, especially for such legendary cues.

I'll have my shaft back ready to play within a couple of weeks versus sending it to South West and waiting a long time to get it done.

I'm posting this as a follow up about KJ's shaft work. I asked KJ to match a predator 314-2 shaft to my South West cue and he agreed to do the work for me. I sent him one of my SW shafts and the 314-2 shaft and I received the 2 shafts back yesterday. The 314-2 looks like it came from South West cues with my cue after KJ finished with it. The work is flawless and it plays great on my cue. I'd highly recommend KJ if you need any shaft work done for any of your cues.

Curious...I already have a Z2 with a 5/16 x 18 joint insert. Are you able to change the size of the joint insert (along with the matching ringwork) when I buy a Cog?

Great! I'm looking at a purchase with roughly a May timeframe. I will keep your info because I definitely would like to keep the Z2.

Thanks for the info!! Now I'm looking forward to a new Cog even more! :thumbup:
