Here is a lightly used Allen Green custom cue. This cue lists for $600 new from Allen, and even at that, it is a great value. It has 4 ebony points with 4 veneers and mop notched diamonds. There is a very light mark in the bottom of the butt under the finish and a few light marks in the wrap, but otherwise the cue in in very nice condition.

This is an exceptional amount of cue for the money.

Specifications:
-Butt: 14.8.oz
-Shaft 1: 4.3 oz, 13.mm, melamine ferrule, and Le Pro tip
-5/16-14 piloted elforyn joint and elforyn butt cap
-Ebony butt and maple forearm with rings at A, B, D & E
-Ebony points have 4 veneers (natural, red, teal, and black)
-White with green spec irish linen wrap
-Notched diamond inlays in the points and around the butt sleeve
-Signed "Allen Green 6-2014"

Desertshark, if you got this cue for that price (or anything close to it) you stole it. I have had my AG for two years and wouldnt sell it for anything. Hits as good as anything I have ever played with. Congrats, you got lucky that Bama was hiding it under the name "old school" or it would be in my case :thumbup:
 
BamaCues (Joe) is great to work with. Transaction complete and shipping confirmation within an hour tops. I looked up AG cues after the transaction was complete just to see how far off the deal was and I feel a little guilty at what a good price Joe put out there. I'm a huge fan of old style cues and always looking to add to my collection. After all the reviews I saw on AG cues, I can't wait to get my hands on this cue, haven't heard a bad thing yet. And the search brought up your flame vaneer cue (very nice looking cue BTW).
Joe also answered my questions within minutes too. I'm a fan of referrals and Joe will have a few of my friends sent his way.

I inquired about this cue early Friday morning. After a few messages back and forth I paypaled Joe the money and within an hour or so I got a confirmation email from him.

I got the cue today (being monday and the transaction complete on friday).
Joe said it was used. I think other than the tip having some blueing on it, the cue is damn near perfect.

It looks amazing and hits a ton! I couldnt be happier.

One thing I did inquire about was JP's. Joe said there wasnt any with it and it mysteriously showed up with a set.... :thumbup:

AG cues

One other thing about the AG cues. The automotive finish that he uses is nearly impossible to dent. I am not easy on my players and I dont have a scratch after two years. I also got color matched j/p's from Baxter and he nailed it.
