Very intricate cue with a good amount of exotic materials. As you may know, Schon 'LTD' & 'Elite' cues are their custom limited cues. 'LTD' cues are usually made by the dozen, 'Elite' cues are usually made by 7.
I received an email from Evan Clarke of Schon Custom Cues, and he tells me this cue was one of only four ever made, and he'll never make the other 8 due to difficulty and materials involved. Therefore, this cue is more rare than an Elite model Schon.
Dark Ebony nose with 5 HUGE floating IVORY points, 5 IVORY bordered, multicolored "mystery material" inlays with Abolone diamonds within.
5 of the 'same' inlays in the buttsleeve with Abalone inlayed IVORY barbells between.
Single silver rings at A & B, with BIG boxed silver fancy rings at C,D & E.
Evan would not reveal the 'mystery materials' composition to me, but it appears to be a crushed Turquoise composite, and a crushed Malachite or Sugalite composite.
Butt weighs in at 16.5 ounces. Shaft#1 - 13mm/3.9ounce, shaft#2 - 12.75/3.8. Moori's on both shafts.
