FS: Viking 4 point cue

I have for sale a used Viking 4 point cue. Linen wrap, high-impact implex resin joint, butt weighs 15.10 oz and the shaft weighs 4.10 oz.

Cue is in good to great condition. Has a couple small chips/scratches on butt.

I am asking $160

My question is regarding the material of the collar, is it stainless steel or phenolic? I can't tell from the photo's.

It looks like the "A" joint in the link I posted. But the original post says stainless steel.
