I have a vintage Tim Scruggs Sneaky Pete for sale. It's a very old cue and has what one would call normal "wear and tear" from a cue that's probably 20+ years old. The shaft is somewhere around 12.75mm and is in great condition without any knicks, scratches, dents, etc. It has an ivory ferrule (so I am told) with a new Moori medium tip. The butt has normal signs of wear and tear but there are no major dents, chips, or scratches in it. It could be refinished but everything as it is now is original and to me the minor wear and tear is what gives it character! Both the shaft and butt role straight together and apart. The shaft weighs 4.0oz. and the butt weighs 14.2oz.
