The book is worth

Figure that the book has a value between $35 and $55 and shipping is optional if you want to include it with the selling price.

For an absolutely pristene book you can add another $10-15. I bought my copy on amazon a year ago and paid $42.50 shipped. The book is used and was described to be in excellent condition which it is.
 
Willies game

after digging around in my home, i found another in excellent cond. It was a library book but doesnt look like it was ever read. First 32.00 gets it shipped.
