Thought I'd try this before I put most of these on ebay. Have a huge collection of High End Dress Shoes, Size 9.
Looking to trade for a cue, custom only.
Different style and colors, lots of wing tips.
Most are Allen Edmonds, Brooks Brothers, Church's and more.

Most in excellent condition, look new, majority with no wear on bottoms. Most of the collection hand made in England. Retail on these are $300- $650. A few even more.
Willing to trade multiple pairs for the right cue.

If you are well known on the forum with good itrade feedback, I will ship first. If you don't like, just pay return shipping.
Must be returned in same condition. Will post more pictures tomorrow.

Now I've seen everything....lol.

This is how tough the cue market is. If you can't get cash for your cue, trade it for some shoes.

No kidding! I do not come here to look at USED shoes.
For sure people that buy/sell 1K+ pool cues are very interested in USED shoes.
By the way, those are not really high end shoes. Just FYI.

Although different from he norm, I don't see why you guys are giving him a bunch of flack. He is not breaking any rules. I guess it is worth a shot...even if nobody is interested.
 
We see people offering firearms and watches all the time. This is no different. He's offering non pool related items for pool related items.

Happens all the time.

I have to agree..

2) If you are going to participate in the " Wanted / for Sale " area of AZB, your items for sale or trade MUST be pool related or strictly offered for trade for a pool related item.

9) Either buy from an individual or don't but knocking them is not an option.

I agree Tro, I have never seen someone get bashed so much for offering a watch or gun or even a car (yes a car was offered once or twice).
If I didn't wear 13's, I would be all over this.

People trade watches,guns,etc for cues on here but,the odds of finding someone that likes those used shoes and is a size 9 and has a cue to trade that the OP likes ,have to be quite high.It looks like a rummage sale.Just my 2 cents,but flea bay,or Craigs List seem to be a better venue for items of this type.

It's interesting that someone who so frequently points out the rules to others bashes an offering that doesn't break the rules. Seems like there is a rule about that......

To the untrained eye it may look like a rummage sale but I sold a pair if Cordovan Allen Edmonds on eBay used for $300. There are several style forums with active buying and sellin these types of shoes regular. You would be surprised on the resale value of well cared for used shoes.

Can't blame the guy for trying
