FT: Used Predator Z Shaft 3/8 x 10 SP No Collar Shaft for 314 3/8x10

I have a nice used Predator Z shaft 3/8 x 10 shaft, no collar that was used on my MCdermott SP for a while. Would like to trade it for a used 314 shaft 3/8 x 10 shaft (collar not important, but needs to be same thread). I just cannot get used to the Z shaft.

Pics later. Good shaft, perfectly straight. Stained from chalk, but otherwise good condition.

The shaft is a 1st generation or a 2nd generation Z?
How long is the shaft?
