Full Splice Cues ???

Saw the Klein that buck15 is selling (again, after I almost bought it the first time around but thought the points were too small and don't really like smooth leather too much), which got me to thinking...

Hercek and Tascarella, of course...but aside from the big boys:

Who do you think makes the best full spilce cue otherwise? I'm not looking for comparisons to the greats...just wondering who else makes 'em...and makes 'em good!

Dave Bollman makes excellent full spliced cues. He works out of Q-Master Billiards in Virginia Beach, Va. I bought one of his cues about a year ago. Full spliced, four veneers, stainless joint, Irish linen wrap and an ivory inlaid butt sleeve and perfectly finished. I paid $700.00 and that price is about half what you would expect to pay for a cue like that. In fact, I told him I had no idea he was making cues on that level. As is typical with Dave, he just looked at me....
