I was at his shop last week and he was building a full splice beauty he had been working on for 3 weeks. I suggested that he should take pics of the steps and post him on his website. People can now understand how complex this process is and why a cue like this gets the big dollar price tag due to all of the labor and special equipment required to get the job done.
He posted these great pics on the Cue Gallery.
I have watched Darrin develop his full splice technique over the last five years and this has been a labor of love that has paid off for him.
