thank you so much for your responses. i just bought a 3 point viking and was hoping they were full splice. i guess i will be selling this one to get my money back. thanks again for the info.

If you can't tell by looking at it or hitting it why does it matter?

True. I guess It doesn’t really matter much. I probably will sell it though because I bought it on impulse for $190 and I really don’t need another cue. I just have a thing for older cues. I need to get over it my wife says.

most of the cues that everyone considers true classics were/are short splice. you can't tell by playing if its short/full splice. want a fs get a blank from andrew rounceville and have it completed by diveney. wont' be cheap but it will be awesome.

yeah. i was just curious of the 3 point cues. would like to have seen a full splice 3 pointer. but it doesnt matter. i might send it off to proficient billiards to preserve it. thanks again azers.
