The green leaves on the tree have no lines.
It's hard to see, but...
The lines are a continuous grid of diagonal lines that change color as they cross over different objects. In this blown up piece you might be able to see the orange lines on the two girls faces turn green as they cross over the grey leaves between them.

Yes, now I see the leaves are in fact, gray.
