Why the Image is Fake

There are several immediate "red flags" in the text proving it is entirely fabricated:
  • The "League Adjudicator" is Fictional: The text quotes an NFL adjudicator named "Joe Barron." There is no one by this name working in this capacity for the NFL. "Joe Barron" is a long-running inside joke and pseudonym used exclusively by Christopher Blair, the creator of the America's Last Line of Defense parody network, to signal to readers that the story is fake.
  • The Quote is Invented: The statement "Nobody made you kneel... You made yourself unemployable" was never said during any official NFL legal proceedings. It was completely made up by the satire writer to generate emotional reactions and shares on social media.
  • Wrong Legal Basis: As mentioned previously, Kaepernick's actual dispute with the NFL was a collusion grievance settled out of court in 2019, not a failed lawsuit over an unearned pension.
This specific graphic is a classic example of disinformation framed as a real news screenshot.

Oh well it sounded good while it lasted !
 
The laughable assertion, that he couldn’t get a job in the NFL because of kneeling, almost made it funny. He had a half season run with the Niners, then tanked.
