g10 glass epoxy joint screw

Do any of you guys know where to get a g10 glass epoxy joint screw pre made that looks like the screw that Richard Chudy and Cog uses???????? 3/8-10 thread Thanks

I really have no clue what the hoopla is on this joint screw.
 
Thank you. I do know about these two options, but im not sure if they sell the g10 screw that looks flattened off at the top like Cog and Chudy use. Not sure what this type of joint thread is called.
