anyways Im trying to purchase a cue and I was wondering if a butt cue with a 3/8 G10 radial(epoxy glass) match up to a Revo with uni-loc Radial threads?

Welcome to the Battle zone.
Yes, it will fit but like many c/f shafts depending on the individual shaft because they use a non wood insert. The fit may be tight and need to have a tap run in it. On ALL joint screws, it's no secret they can vary in size.
