Corey Duel holds up real well, as does Tony Chohan. Bets the most is not really a fair question as that relates directly to usually an additional person, the stakehorse. Perhaps a better question is which top players play with their own money AND hold up well?

Both Efren and Jose Parica have reputations as being great big $ players. Few years back, Buddy Hall had the rep for being the best big $ player. Go way back, Cornbread Red had no fear (you wouldn't know if he was playing for $20 or $20,000 by looking at him play).
How about Lil John?
Unless i am mistaken, i think he plays on his own money. Also from the article i read on him, he doesnt like to play for less than 2,000$ a set.

Thanks......and I'd also add, Efren seems to be the kind of guy I'd like to gamble with. Pleasant, knowledgeable, no freaky temper, and he's probably the only player I know of shorter than me!
