I heard on the news the other day where a Gary Milsaps was murdered in McMinn County, Tennessee. Anybody know if that was the pool player?

That is sad, Beatle. The last time I saw Gary, him and Mountain Man were in Chattanooga around 1998, I think. I wonder what the details were.

Did a websearch and couldn't find much... just this little short piece.

"McMinn County authorities say they've solved the killing of 53-year-old David Gary Milsaps that occurred earlier this month.
Deputies have have charged Chad Price with the shooting death.
A friend went to Milsaps Highway 30 West home January 2nd after he had not heard from him in a couple of days.
He found Milsaps dead of a gunshot wounds to the head in the bedroom."
 
I knew Gary, he could change his looks and his style, One hell of a pool player in the 80's, he turned me on to a lot of action in Knoxville TN, he never said how hard it would be though. I guess he over rated my game.
