I have a gc1 with the original rubber. When I first purchased the table the 40 yr old rail cloth was stained right where the cushions line up. I chalked it up to the age of cloth and environmental conditions. I had the table installed with new simonis a few months ago and I am already seeing slight discoloration of the cushion cloth under the rubber.
Any thoughts on what is doing this or a way to prevent this next time the cloth is replaced?
