The Mighty Glove
1980 or so he came to Miami to do a big trick shot for a Guiness Record. I skipped school to help him set up the zillion domino's and he was very thankful of me for helping him. That night the camera's were there and about 60 pool mavens when Gene shows up inna Tux...shoots the 8 table trick shot, makes all the balls and the crowd goes nuts. He signed a domino for me..it reads "The Mighty Glove". I read this post getting sadder by the minute but ended up smiling after I remembered my short time with him.
