Hi cue fans

Here we have a very rare item indeed. This is an all original George Balabushka for sale for the first time and it's in remarkable condition. There is a good reason for this. It has been sat in a case since 1968 where the second owner won it one evening at a bar shooting pool. It has only been used a few times since then. If you have three minutes, just read the letter below from the second owner......it's a good read. Imagine playing in a local tournament and the prize that evening was a Balabushka!

The cue went into a private collection after that and it is now available for the first time on the open market. I have the cue in my possession and I can't overstate the condition of this cue....it's simply staggering. The cue is supplied with one original shaft and apparently the tip is original. Now I am unable to verify the originality of the tip but suffice to say, the third owner did not mess with the cue and neither did the second owner.

The cue is supplied with an LOA from Pete Tascarella who states this cue is late 50s or early 60s.

So whats not to like? All original stick with original shaft, letter from Pete T and a letter from the second owner.

Now for the best bit.....the price. Whilst it is fair to say most buyers of these cues buy them not only for their intrinsic natural beauty but for the sure fire investment potential, here is a cue that is in the realms of a realistic purchase for a lot of people on here and not just the privileged few. The price is very, very considerate. I do not think it is fair to post the price as the buyer will want that information protecting I am sure. Sorry to be such a hard ass but that's the way it goes with many investment grade cues sold by me.

All serious buyers can contact me and I will share the price. Believe me, if you are in the market.....you need to PM me (or email to simon.dvali@ntlworld.com). I haven't seen a Balabushka in as good a condition as this unless it had work done to it. A beautiful stick at a price that makes it depreciation proof........really.

Sincerely

Si
