not new....but GREAT condition!! The TAR patch on the top can easily be removed. The autographs in black Sharpie, are much harder to see if not in sunlight, but they include (on the back) - Corey Deuel, Shane Van Boening, Johnny Archer, Nick Varner, Jeanette Lee...and on the front - Efren BATA Reyes. Other than the corners of the large pocket, there is VERY little discoloring on the case. It also has the padded strap (which was never used over the shoulder - just don't carry it that way), The cue saver thingie that comes velcroed in the pouch, and a key, that also wasn't used.
