I have sold a cue on ebay to one of your fellow citizens. I'm a bit worried because they only have 7 ebay feedback and have a unconfirmed address.

Just checking to see if any of you know the following person(S):
Susanne AND Thomas Eigstler from Sunzhausen?

Paypal doesn't offer seller protection for items shipped to Germany.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well, i don't know her or the town either, but a quick search in the phone book showed, that at least there is someone of that name.
there is also a registered player with the same family name in the area, so i'd guess that it's all right.
 
Did you pay via Credit Card? If so you might be able to file a DISPUTE with your Credit Card Company? Check and See!
 
I didn't pay, they did.

Story:
I sold cue on ebay, buyer paid with Paypal, but the cash has a status of "On hold - Ship Now". I checked on the details of what that means:
Make sure to ship the item right away, so you'll have access to the funds sooner. We'll release the hold in 21 days unless you receive a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal on the transaction subject to the hold.

We may release the hold earlier if either of the following occurs: the buyer leaves you positive feedback on eBay, or we confirm that the item was delivered.* We can confirm delivery if you ship the item with USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and either use PayPal shipping labels or upload tracking information from the transaction details page. This applies to transactions within the United States.

So i either wait 21 days for the funds to clear, or the buyer leaves positive ebay feedback.... The tracking piece only is USA, Canada, or UK. I called paypal to see how I'm protected as a seller. Guess what, i'm not. I can't even get sellers protection with paypal because the seller is not in the UK and they haev a unconfirmed address.

This is why i'm trying to find someone who might be able to stand up and say this person is A+.

Still unsure what to do.
