Get out from here.

Thanks for all the replies guys and I'm glad Bob liked the image.
I definitely agree that the one to the two is the key shot. My first instinct was to play draw but with my luck I would end up hooked behind either the 6 or the nine. I just have a better feel for position with follow on these type shots.

VAP, looking forward to hearing how you played it.

ok, here's how i played it.

i was playing on a table that was very level and rolled well.

i playe the one with a little stun draw and slid it over to the end rail

START(
%At0C4%BJ9Z4%CF8U4%EK8W8%FY2L9%GI2V1%HC8O5%I[8X7%Pf1Z6%R\9_0
%eB4a4
)END

then i played the two with about a tip below center, but hit it so that the ball would take a little follow for the 3 ball.

START(
%At0C4%BB7\2%CF8U4%EK8W8%FY2L9%GI2V1%HC8O5%I[8X7%PH0Z0%R\9_0
%eB4a4
)END

then i played the 3 with a short draw.

START(
%At0C4%BB7\2%CB8B5%EK8W8%FY2L9%GI2V1%HC8O5%I[8X7%PH8Y6%R\9_0
%eB4a4
)END

then i played the 5 with follow

START(
%At0C4%BB7\2%CB8B5%Et0B8%FY2L9%GI2V1%HC8O5%I[8X7%PX6U2%R\9_0
%eB4a4
)END

then i shot the 6 with a little low for a very short draw.

START(
%At0C4%BB7\2%CB8B5%Et0B8%F[5B4%GI2V1%HC8O5%I[8X7%PX6O8%R\9_0
%eB4a4
)END

then i used a stop shot for the 7.

START(
%At0C4%BB7\2%CB8B5%Et0B8%F[5B4%GC1\1%HC8O5%I[8X7%PI3U6%R\9_0
%eB4a4
)END

then i used a little follow for the 8 to get position for the 9 in the side

START(
%At0C4%BB7\2%CB8B5%Et0B8%F[5B4%GC1\1%HC0B8%I[8X7%PY5K7%R\9_0
%eB4a4
)END

the shots may not be shown perfectly on the table, but its as close as i could get them with my eyes on the computer.

i saw the pattern as soon as i looked at the table. the only shot i was worried about was getting perfect shape on the 2. sliding the cue down for the 3 was a tricky shot as well.

i was very proud of myself for this rack.

i have one that i will post tomorrow that is the toughest out i've ever made, and was super super hard.

let me know how stupid you think this run was, as i know that there was a more percentage shot to get to the two ball, but i just felt like i could get to the rail for the two, and this game is all about feel.

thanks

VAP

Your margin of error on your first shot is too small with a target area for the CB of only about an inch. Not exactly my cup of tea.

By playing for CB position near the 6 ball you have a much larger target area. How you get there really does not matter.

On top of that your shot on the 2 also calls for a precise shot.
